Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 5–12 Business Days

• Canada: 7–15 Business Days

• Europe: 7–15 Business Days

• United Kingdom: 7–15 Business Days

• Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 Business Days

• International Orders: 7–20 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. J&E Vision is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control.

J&E Vision is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Multiple Shipments

Depending on product availability and warehouse locations, items within the same order may be shipped separately. Additional tracking numbers will be provided if applicable.
